1. Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Cost
Standard UK delivery is free on every order.
3. Timing
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment being confirmed.
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch via tracked Royal Mail or DPD.
- Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take an additional 1–2 working days.
- You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order leaves us.
4. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.
5. If your order is delayed or lost
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days after dispatch, contact us at sales@aponiacbd.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will dispatch a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.
6. Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be held liable for parcels that are returned, delayed or lost as a result of an incorrect address provided at the point of order. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; an additional postage charge may apply.
7. Storage on arrival
On receipt, please store your CBD oil in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the cap firmly closed. Once opened, use within the period stated on the label.
